Hello my loves!
Even though here in Denmark summer is always a “wanna be” one but believe me or not, we are actually in the Summer now! And this means a lot of ice cream, sunglasses and rainy days but not just that, a new season means new trends appearing in the catwalks. And I’m here to show you those trends and tell you what I think about them.
Some of them are already being worn by “moi” and others are being created in my magical closet full of surprises and discoveries.
Well, let’s go to the point! 😊
Aaahh how I love them! I’ve always loved them, even though they give me large hips sometimes… (dilemas lol).
They are everywhere and in all type of styles – dresses, bags, crop shirts, blouses, pants… the only limit is your own imagination.
If you think the color green is too much for your taste try the color khaki. It’s still green but not too bright and it’s a trend very worn in the New York Fashion Week. It is a pretty color to give a summery and elegant look specially combining with floral print, which is also super trendy this summer.
You have no idea how happy I am to see that the color yellow is back! Yay!
I love wearing yellow and dosen’t need to be in the whole outfit, like yellow dress, but I do love to wear a simple detail of yellow on my looks. It can be a pair of boots, a bag, a blouse, or even a pair of trousers. I think it gives an impression that I was having fun while I was creating the outfit. haha
Another trend that I’m loving with in this season is the off the shoulder tops. It’s sexy and elegant at the same time but what I love the most about this style are the new designs of shrits and blouses cropped in a super futuristic way, purposeful to show a shoulder. Amazing!
As well as the pyjamas looks, the robes are all over the place! This new “lazy day at home” style is truly cacthing a lot of attention in the catwalks, but not only there in the streets too!
It looks so relaxed and super cool! I haven’t bought one yet but I can already see that it’s not gonna take long until the day I show off my very own robe in one of my outfits in here.
Well, trend it is but I got to be honest with you, I’m not so in love with this new trend. 😬Haha
I can see potential on it and I can see what they do to a woman silhouette but I don’t think I would wear it. Maybe some day I’ll change my mind and I end up posting an outfit wearing my new super fashionable corset belt and trust me, I’ll write about this day and even link this post but today, I have to say No Thanks to this trend. lol
The last trend of my list but not the least!
Flared sleeves, what an amazing thing they’ve invented. One thing I always think when I choose a blouse is that it can’t be boring or bland, and you have no idea how hard it is to find something with a special touch on it… until the blouses with flared and bell sleeves appeared. 🙌🏼🤗
They look just so cool and futuristic that it’s making me never buy a “normal” blouse again. lol
